The last Airbender Movie review with trailer

My son Howard and I went to see this today. My only disappointment was that it wasn't in 3D. I guess this particular movie theatre couldn't have it in 3D because they still had Toy Story 3 in 3d. Don't get me wrong I like Toy Story but I think that is a movie that could've gone without the 3d. I remember watching Avatar, The last Air bender cartoon when the boys were smaller. This movie had great action, emotion, effects. I just love how it turned out. I can't wait for the next one. Yes this is another movie that there will be sequels to. That is not a bad thing. So now I'm waiting for Breaking Dawn and the next Air Bender movie. Wonder what i will watch in between? Did you watch this? What did you think of it?

Got a lot of work done today.

I worked on over 200 photos of items to list. Had to crop and fix lighting etc. I also have a lot more to take of my earrings.

I's been too long

I can't believe it has been so long since my last post. Wait a minute, yes I can. Life is just too busy to post every day. I have my family and they are my priority. I do get sucked into the Facebook games like Cafe World. Are there many that don't? Tell me if you are one of them so I don't feel so bad about getting taken in by them.

I am off for the summer now. I am working summer school but that is only in July for 4 weeks (16 hours per week). I will have a little more time to create some new pieces for my shop. I am planning on getting the clay out and doing a little more with that.

I also have my new little niece to visit. I plan on being able to see her a little more this summer. Howie is going to be 15 this August. My oldest is getting too old. Nathan I think will be doing a lot of fishing this summer. I hope to go camping with them for Howard's Birthday.

Iron Man 2 Review with trailer

Iron Man 2 was awesome! Although I had to sit through some commercials before it started. When did going to the movies mean we had to sit through commercials we have seen a million times at home. I mean come on...Air Wick air freshener commercial. My son turned to me and said, "It's like we are at home watching t.v. When is NCIS coming back on" LOL. Once we got into the movie it was great. "Stark" is a little stuck on himself. But then he always was. The comedic moments in this movie I am still laughing about. They made this character very quick witted. His assistant and he are just made for each other which they finally admit to each other. Even my teenage son was happy when they finally kissed. I definitely recommend seeing this one. It is going on my "I need to buy when it comes out" list.

I am a Twilight geek

Well I'm probably too old for it but whatever. I am a geek. I love twilight. I have a cardboard cut out of Edward. I am going to have people pose with it fir my Twilight party. I just bought yet another t shirt. This one says, "I like my men sparkly." And another bracelet set. I got my Edward jewelery box in the mail the other day. A great place for me to put my collection of Twilight jewelery in. I also have an Edward figure...yes a doll. They made his face a little too tan for me but oh, well. I am considering getting the Bella and Jacob dolls. In that order.

I think I might need help. I am annoying my teenage son with this Twilight stuff. What ever, You gotta have fun with something.

I am making earrings with Swarovsky crystals. They are just so beautiful. They are so shimmery in the sunlight. The great thing about them is that they will not loose their shine like other shiny crystal beads.

Acting like a teenager

Sometimes it's fun to forget that you are a grownup. I am doing that with my love of Twilight. I am obsessed. Some of my friends tease me. It's all in fun. I find myself funny too. I have been collecting Twilight items. I plan to have a party the day Eclipse comes out. After the party me and any of my guests that want to will go to the midnight showing.

2 weeks ago I made a trip to I Party that had me laughing to myself all the way home. I felt like a teenager..LOL I called a friend on the way home to tell her I had Edward in the backseat. Yes I spent way too much on this life size cardboard cutout of Edward. It is taller than me. I can't wait to get party guests to pose with him for pictures... ;)

You have to do something totally silly once in a while. Try it, it is so much fun.

New Etsy Seller I Recomend

I just received my purchase from a new seller on Etsy. It was a Cullen cuff bracelet to feed my Twilight addiction. It was beautifully made. I love it. I was also pleasantly surprised with a free pair of earrings for being one of the first five to purchase something from the shop. I never read her announcement so I didn't know that. The earrings are beautiful red and black Swarovski crystals. Also shipment was received quickly and was well packaged.
