Getting Ready For The Craft Fair

Currently working on new scrabble tile necklaces for the River Fest craft fair this Saturday. It will be in the municipal parking lot in downtown Skowhegan. I will be under the big top tent. It is from 9am to 3 pm.

Summer Vacation

Summer vacation is in full swing for me. Lots of house cleaning projects to do. Lots of shop cleaning projects too.
Adding new things to Jacquelines Paper and Jacquelines Creations every week. Check them out.

Today I think it is closet cleaning time. I got some totes to put my winter clothes in. I can't believe I've never done that before. As much as I love organization my closet is a mess. I need to weed out those things that no longer fit. Mostly because of loosing weight I am Happy to say. Wish me luck.

Maybe I will also sneak in a few more episodes of "Lost Girl" on Netflix...... 

Paracord Bracelets Made By My Son

My son Nathan has taken to making these paracord bracelets. He hopes to at some point sell enough to get more supplies and make them to order for people.

He has been going through  a lot in his young life. He is only 15 and last year lost a close and young relative. Not to mention nearly loosing his older brother. That was hard on all of us. This new hobby of his has given something for him to keep busy with. I have enjoyed watching him make them and selling them for him.

All the money made form selling these goes right back to him. After all he did all the work. They are very well made. He takes pride in how tightly he weaves them. They are not a very stiff bracelet even with the tight weave. They wear very nice. They are just better quality and more paracord in every bracelet because of his weaving style.

Need Update Badly

Wow I need to update this blog badly. I thought it would be easier to do with the phone. Then I found out my phone is a little slow. Can't wait unlit Monday when I get my new phone. Maybe then I can update this a little easier.
I Have been busy with work,family, cleaning, creating and my new addiction coupons. Wow it is a lot to fit into a day. Glad this is school vacation. I hope to get some major cleaning done around the house. Then get some new things listed to the shops. I made a lot of new paper piecings yesterday for my paper shop. Can't wait to add them.

Progress

Finally after taking over 300 photos and editing some. I'm not even half done editing and cropping them. I also have to take at least 100 more. I have new items added to my paper shop.

I have added a new section. It is for my lunch card notes. Which I have added new 4 designs. 2 more to come tomorrow. Also for Gift card holders. I have listed 4 twilight themed gift card holders. I have more twilight, Harry Potter, and miscellaneous themes to come.

Photo shoot day

Today is photo shoot day. I will be listing new items to both shops this week. Be on the lookout for new things. New cards, gift card holders and lunch card notes in the paper shop. New earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets and scrabble tile necklaces in the jewelery shop.

Got a lot of work done today.

I worked on over 200 photos of items to list. Had to crop and fix lighting etc. I also have a lot more to take of my earrings.

I also have some wonderful new things in store for Jacqueline's creations too. I have a lot of earring ideas. I will also be adding sterling silver ear wire upgrades. They will be available to all my earrings fro a small additional charge. I want those people with sensitive ears to be able to enjoy my creations too.
